Skinhead Charlie (1995-present) is a preteen racist who seeks to annoy the hell out of people in this community, just to get attention and quench his own demented pleasures. Not only is he boring, he is a racist and a trouble maker.
I found out that he was actually a 22 year old sadistic pervert, not a 12 year old school kid like most people thought.
Never believe him when he says have a nice day, he already has a sick mind... And he wants attention so stop giving it to him by asking questions about him.

He is probably a normal dude with too much time on his hands and no way to express himself. He wants to be famous and still hide from the spotlight. He wants to laugh and make people laugh. If he is irratating you, do not read or respond to his questions.
