The ark was approx 450 feet long, 75 feet wide and 45 feet high.
However, 'all the animals' did not go into the ark.
Two representatives of all land-dwelling kinds went into the ark.
Note that this does not mean species. For example lions and tigers are descended from a common big cat ancestor and can interbreed. So lions and tigers were not on the ark - just 2 big cats from which lions and tigers (and possibly most other cats which exist now) are descended.
Noah probably took around 16,000 animals onto the ark

Let's be honest. Look at the time frame Noah had lived in. Consider the time it would take him to sail around the world collecting a male and female species of every animal known to man. It would be impossible for him to accomplish such a feat and fit everything into a boat the size of the Empire State Building. Even if God magically made the animals appear before him and has them walk on to the boat. Now look at the story this way.....
You take an old man who has a vision from God who tells him to build a big boat and fill it with some animals. Noah builds a big boat and throws in a few animals and waits until it stops raining. He lets the animals out and keeps on trucking.
The bible is filled with many stories. I once read a story about Paul Bunyon the lumberjack and Babe his big blue Ox. It is a good story and I leave it at that.
To answer your question you will need to take all of the species of animals on earth measure them and weight them then design a cruiseliner large enough to handle the weight capacity let alone the food to keep them alive for 40 days and 40 nights unless the bible left out a part about magical food rations. Noah would have had a hammer, a saw, and some wooden peg nails. Impossible for one man to accomplish scientifically with those tools, but if God were to lend a hand I am sure anything is possible.
How did the Egyptians build those enormous pyramids? Scientists have shown thousands of slaves pushing stone up log rollers and pulling on ropes. Other scientists have shown UFO's and aliens offering technological advice to early civilization. Maybe Noah worked a deal with some Aliens.

Plainly it was bigger on the inside than on the outside ...
Also, plainly, none of the animals needed to eat or drink, so none of them needed to p*ss or cr*p ... (otherwise if 16,000 animals took a cr*p once a day Noah would have about 5 seconds to clear up after each one = and even then he would be up to his neck in animal sh*t by the end of the 40 days :-) )
(if GOD created the entire UNIVERSE in 6 days, a little thing like making the ARK bigger on the inside is child's play ... )

The bible tells how large a vessel it was, and don't forget, there are always babies of the animals, eggs and larvae for the sake of size. There was no 'rule' that everything had to be full grown versions of each species.

Would the animals be quartered under the auspices of the PETA or our modern day animal farm densities? Depending on which, a whole continent or a ten cubic foot box.

It had three decks. One for Noah & co., one for the animals, & the bottom one for the manure, because of the anti-pollution regulations.
For actual dimensions, see Genesis.

I still don`t see how he manged to go to every corner of the world and collect two of every kind of animal,,down to polar bears, penguins, kangaroos, and the many forms of insect life,,scientists believe there are about 6 million differing life forms on the planet,,OK take away all the aquatic forms and you are still left with about 3 million,,so that would be 6 million if you took one male and one female,,,,,plus all the food stocks for a prolonged journey,,,,,
