Im a girl on my friend's account. Im 13, and I had my girl thing for over a year. And I was wondering if there was a way to bleed less. I go out a lot, or sometimes I stay home. I hear listening to music does something. But i dont know if its good or bad. And im not allowed to wear tampons. I stick to pads. And I wear a light, or heavy. Depending on how Im feeling or how long in going to be out of the house. And I always keep two light pads in a purse. Anyways, is there a thing to not bleed as much?

Nope. If you're bleeding too much tell your doctor. If it's abnormally heavy, he will probably just check you out, and make sure you have nothing worng with your body. You should really just ask to be on the safe side.

You need to let your mom know as well, and also your doctor but in the mean time try increasing your iron levels by eating things like spinach, raisins, and peanut butter (if not allergic to peanuts of course).
