Inorganic mineral are not bad for you. In face, your body needs some inorganic minerals. Minerals are made from elements. The same elements that combine with one another in different proportions to form everything from the air that we breathe, the water we drink, to our bodies. Over 30 inorganic elements are considered nutrients and micronutrient, which are critical to life’s existence. However, some mineral waters can have higher concentrations of some minerals than your body requires. So, drink these in moderation.

Minerals are natural, inorganic salts that the water has picked up as it has trickled down through the earth after rain has fallen. The body needs minerals such as these, and they are entirely healthy.
There should be no vitamins in mineral water!
