Because an orgasm helps the reproduction cycle, if it didnt feel good, What person would ever want to have sex?? Women would never want sex, and guys would have no reason either. In the reproductive area you have TONS of nerve endings, which means that it is super sensitive, and when you rub them etc... your nerves send signals to the brain saying that this feels good, so your brain says OH YEA? and releases a whole lot of endorphins that courses threw and it doesnt last very long because its just one big burst of energy i.e. a bottle rocket(for men) the rocket shoots up and then in one instance boom and its done. Women can have multiple orgasms, same thing only imagin the 4th of july.
hope that helps =)

Like every muscle and bone in your body is massaged. You know the feeling when someone puts "pressure" on your back or neck (like, a massage)? It kinda feels that way. You're also numb everywhere. You spasm. You don't even feel pain. There's a warm fuzzy feeling that sways around your body. Sometimes even your hair stands up and have goosebumps. You could also think of it as a big, ecstatic stretch or a sneeze. Your face muscles contract, toes curl and your back arches. That's because every muscle in your body is stretched. Another comparison is scratching an itch. Except, with this "itch", the more you "scratch", the more pleasurable it feels, until that "itchy" feeling climaxes. The emotional feeling of an orgasm is even better. You feel so euphoric and "high". There is no sorrow in that little moment, no matter how horrible your life is. You can smile, laugh or even cry (for me personally, the very intense orgasm make me tear up). You know the feeling when you find someone so cute where you go "awww!!!" and want to pinch them? You get this kind of impulse during an orgasm.

Sexual act is a very complex activity involving whole body and mind. Don't forget that the reproduction is the primary reason of any organism existence and to encourage mating, Nature makes sex a delicious activity giving pleasure satisfaction and appeasement.
Does having sex increase endorphins?
The belief that it does is much more prevalent than any real data. A search of the Library of Medicine's database of thousands of biomedical journals produced a glaring paucity of studies relating endorphins and sexual activity in people (the more abundant data for rats offers mixed conclusions). There is reasonable evidence implicating the endogenous opiod system somehow in sexual behavior, however, and in reproduction, but in complex ways that include the two neurochemicals more reliably linked to sexual behavior: dopamine and serotonin.

It feels good because your body releases a ton of endorphins (feel good chemicals) when your body is sexually stimulated. It's our biological way of being created so that we like to have sex and reproduce.
