if you damage the nerves in the clitoris does that mean you won't have any feeling down there?

No, not necessarily. It can also depend on what kind of injury caused the problem. There are ways to check some of the nerve endings in that area to see what is going on, especially with a nerve in particular called the pudenal nerve. Sometimes they can also get clues thru doing MRIs of the lower back if this is what caused damage to the area (just using this as an example).

I would recommend a consultation with a neurologist (doctor that diagnoses and treats diseases and disorders of the nervous system) if you haven't done so already for additional information.

Difficult to know what you're referring to when you talk about damaging the nerves of your clitoris. The extent of feeling will depend on what nerves may potentially have been damaged and to what extent.

It would more likely mean pain, pins & needles, etc. It really depends on how badly damaged they were. They would have to be nearly destroyed/really badly damaged to not feel anything. There is a lot of nerve endings in there (hence why there is so much feeling and stimulation). It is like a guy getting hit in the crotch, it is a similar principle and pain scheme.
