Which painkillers are safe to take for a clomid migraine?

I took paracetemol earlier today and it took the edge off for half an hour, but then came back with a vengeance. Are analgesics like fiorinal ok? or ibrobrufen?

Paracetamol is really the only thing you should take. The Fiorinal contains high amounts of caffeine which is bad when TTC and Ibuprofen can cause you to not ovulate.
