I have a really hard time getting up in the morning. If we have somewhere we have to be, my fiancee will set an alarm for a few minutes (5-10) before we actually have to get up. When that alarm goes off he gets up. Then he sets an alarm on his cell phone and hides it somewhere in the bedroom. He's not in there to get it because he's already up so when it starts going off, I have to get up and find it. At first I was kinda grumpy about it, but now it's just a cute thing that he does.
Give him a few minutes once he's up because he may still be a little grumpy, but he will be up.

You love him so much but are not comfortable with getting him out of bed in the morning right? So ignore the rest of nasty answeres and listen to me.
Pull back the curtains and let some sun light in to the room, play some light music.... cook his fav break fast and let the aroma of it penetrate his nose and then give him a hug and a big kiss...
He will wake up .
This will make your day too.
All the best for happy Mornings.

Just say to him, its time to get up and if all else fails push him out lol. Maybe if he is sleeping so late he might have a medical condition that means he has a lack of energy. Diabetes for example as Diabetics will often be sluggish in the morning as they has not had anything to eat all night and their blood sugar is low

Make the morning extra special for him, it doesn't have to mean something sexual, maybe just changing his breakfast around, setting the table nicely, making the food look nice, even putting the paper there with the sports or business section there. And if you want something sexual, offer him a shower with you! (Sorry if that sounds rude or anything!)

An alarm clock with a very annoying sound, placed on a dresser on the other side of the room, so he'll have to get up to turn it off.

jump on him, shake him really hard, push him out of bed, poor cold water on his face, yell in his ear really loudly, smack him, turn the air conditioner up really cold and take off the covers, anything!

Sponge him down with a cold sponge. Tickle his feet. Open the curtains; throw the windows open, switch on the radio, switch on the vacuum cleaner, sing....

Tell him a parcel has just arrived, and wear a ribbon and stand in the hallway!
Hopefully he will chase you all over the house for two hours.
If not get a divorce.
