Good advice but your body doesnt realease "cells" there genius when you exercise, - Listen first I apologize no matter under what circumstance people get divorced, its always hard, you might want the divorce but once its finalized the shock sets in, and it hurts a bit, even if the divorce was inevitable. You were married, you shared you, your life everything, now its about to you at yoru pace, to be you again, you alone, what hobbies or things that you like or did that you sort of gave up when married? go do those things again, and pick up new hobbies, go out with friends, dont try and finad another so quick , being alone will help you discover things about you that you didnt even know about you, only time will tell when and how you get over it, dont speed it up but dont dwell either, you'll know when and how but you cant sit home about it, get out, read, swim, etc make new friends -

First, you gotta forgive. (Remember, someday, somewhere, you might need other people's forgiveness). It's hard. But it's very crucial for you to breathe your freedom.

Then, get along with positive people who can support you. Read articles about divorce. Seek professional help if necessary.

Knowing that you are not the most terrible condition does helps.

Give your life over to God. Ask His forgiveness for any sin you may have committed. Repent of that sin. And ask Jesus to be your Lord and Savior. When these happen in your heart you will begin to receive new life. Get involved with group of believers in your community who will lift you up in prayer, and stand by you in your grief. God is the master of the universe and that includes relationships!!!

When the time is right, and after you learn to forgive yourself, fall in love all over again. It will happen. I promise. If you can first love yourself.
