Everything is possible. Is Justice for all likely? I don't think so. You can't please everyone. But, it's a better goal than many to strive for.

That' absolutely impossible my friend. Justice delayed is justice denied. This sounds familiar to you. Right? The justice you are asking could hardly be attained for everyone because courts are only handled by humans and to err is human. Humans are subject to mistakes and therefore the justice for all could really be impossible to achieved.

No. Nothing is for all or can ever be. People can be allergic to sunlight or have asthma in the air we breath (something we all share and have no control over). Most things are only good or reasonable for the majority but not all, everyone, everything...

Man kind cannot give justice to all its people.Justice is bound to be delayed and in many cases inappropriate.

in history....we think that bad people are bad....many century later...the new generation realised that the so called "bad" people is not really bad...it is the background and that period, no choice for it..and got to make decision which end up in bad name for himself!!!

Not unless the perpertrator of a crime believes in being punished for their transgression. Even then, some nut-job will proclaim for one reason or another that the criminal cannot be held accountable for their actions (rubbish, even in a deterministic universe). You can't please everyone.
