Your over tightening them and stripping the knurl out, making them useless.
Take the ones you have to a lumber yard or large hardware store. They usually have an order book and can pick out the style you have to order from. This is the only way you can fix them.
Be ready to pay the price, they're not cheap.

U MAY RUN INTO ODD SIZES BECAUSE IT IS A MOBILE HOME
