Put your maiden name on the diploma. It's no big deal. Nobody will want to see your diploma every day. When you look for a job just hand in a copy of your marriage certificate along with your diploma. If I was you I would do everything else with the marriage name like resume and business cards. Don't be ashamed of your maiden name. By the way, wouldn't you want to have your diploma as a reminder of your youth? God forbid if you get divorced, would you want your ex husbands last name on your diploma?

It is up to you, and put what ever name you would like on your diploma. I dont think you could really hurt anyones feelings. You have done most of your schooling with your maiden name.

Go with the married name. That is who you are now, and ideally, the person you will be for the rest of your life.
