when i plug in my frontech usb webcam it tells that "usb device not recognized"!!! please help

install drivers from the cdrom that came with it;
try the install new hardware wizard in winXP.

different use gadget are working? if working attempt this the place u plug in ur USB cable u have do u have any usb hub? do not plug there. purely plug in lower back of the CPU u alread performed this attempt to plug different usb card and shake little and plug tightly this additionally not.... use u substitute information superhighway cam or USb pin

It looks like you did not install your webcam driver. Unplug it then install the driver first. Then plug your webcam.
If you can not find the driver of your webcam, try AMCAP.
