Yes, but they paid with it with the next installment of government (OUR) money that they are pis*ing away in Iraq!

Good question---I think what they really did was lose track of about 3 billion of our hard-earned bucks. They just can't seem to account for it, but I'm sure somebody's bank account got fatter...maybe in the Bahamas???
