I thought the first part was better than the second half, but they had there funny moments. I was never one to hate j***b but by the end of the book...well i think people will understand what i would be willing to do.

over all i think it was good but i was dissapointed, does anyone else feel this way?

OH MY GOD!
i loved it, naturally
just because edwards in it..

but i think it would have been better if
-stupid jacob gave up or died =]
-bella wasnt such an idiot (i mean she has EDWARD! jacob cant even come close to that!!!)
-and i didnt like how well edward took the whole 'indecisive' thing. he should have fought for her instead of just accepting the fact that she 'loves jacob too'

I was only disappointed at parts. I, like some others, thought that is had "a soap opera -esque" to it.
It was a bit more...adult....than her other books too--well it is mostly because, would this happen to 18 year olds?
And don't worry you weren't the only one who didn't like Jacob all that much by the end--I thought he would ruin everything =[
I mean, I liked Jacob--not all that much, but enough not to hate him--in New Moon and Twilight, but in Eclipse...not so much.
I can't wait for her next book--Breaking Dawn
Though I have no idea what it could even be about since Victoria is gone and the Volturi don't have a big enough reason to visit...
Hmm...
That will certainly be discussed amongst her fans for a while until we get a hint

Most of the book I liked but towards the end I wanted to throw the book at the wall. Jacob was really not being fair to Bella. Telling her he will kill himself unless she kisses him. And Edward didn't care. He just wants her to be happy. That really doesn't sound like Edward to not wanna fight for Bella. I think the author Stephenie Meyer is focusing on Bella and Jacob's realationship way more than Bella and Edward's. Personally i think the author wants Bella and Jacob to be together but I don't think that will happen since if it did she would lose a lot of fans. Other than that I thought the book was really good and i can't wait for the fourth "Breaking Dawn".

Yea i feel that way too...my least favorite was that last book. So much indecision which made it less romantic than the other books... i think i was more angry with bella than i was with jacob though. he was only trying to get what would make him happy and fighting for the love of his life...bella however already had hers and she was pushing it with the way she was acting...selfish, and taking what she had for granted....

i wasn't at all disappointed. it may not have been as suspenseful as the first two but i still read it in one sitting as i did the first two. and i am eagerly awaiting the fourth book which she is working on now.
