Absolutely correct. Hackers are all around the Web and you can't notice them.(maybe you are playing games while they are stealing your private informations)

Sorry to say but I AM. Not a pro though :( and i even know hackers who work for the government. Messing with me wont be a prob bcz i dont hack wothout any reason, HONESTLY. and partly bcz i'm too busy and hardly get time for Y! answers. As long as you mind your own business and don't give away your personal information, you should be fine.
Oh, and don't download things from people. They usually get you that way. If someone you don't know asks to send you a file, DON'T ACCEPT IT. They're probably tricking you.
