While I was pregnant with my first, I was working at the Copy & Print Center in Office Depot where I worked with copy machines all day. No harm to my baby at all. While pregnant with my second, I worked in an office which had a copy machine right next to me, and no harm to him either. Copy machines are safe, otherwise everyone would have to wear one of those protective apron like things you have to wear when getting dental x-rays done.

I have never heard of this having an effect at all. Most of the newer technical things have better protection against rays and such.
