Never be rude to a cookie lady. Compliments might get you cookies. You'll find it is so much easier to be a nice person, and say something nice to another person. I think she would find it fun.

Well, you could have said she smelled "nice" I don't know if you said she smelled like cookies that would of did it.... : )

Depends on how you told her. Like if you stood on the sidewalk, stared at her and started screaming. "You Smell Like Cookies!" Then yes, that might seem rude.

No.I always tell people they smell nice if I like the fragrance they're wearing. I know that I appreciate the compliment.
