U HAVE YOUR RIGHTS
TELL THE LANDLORD, SEND A CERTIFIED LETTER, WITH YOUR CONCERN WHICH INCLUDES LEGAL AVENUES. AND OF COURSE U COULD MOVE.

call your local health depaprtment...no hot water is a health hazzard, and also the washer the landlord has to fix these things by law.

Usually the property owner is responsible for this.

Read your rental contract. Make sure you are not responsible for the maintenence and upkeep of the supplied appliances.

Contact the renters association for your area.

Good Luck.

why haven't you moved? sue her if it's not fixed. i wouldn't have put up with it for more than a week, not 5 YEARS.

It's not ok.
Most places it is against the law.
