Some women get sore breasts at certain times of the month. Breasts also get sore when they are growing. If it's really bad, though, you should check with your doctor to make sure everything is okay.

This can happen as part of Pre Menstrual Syndrome. Is it the week before your period? Pre menstruall stuff can be quite random in the first few years... it'll settle down eventually.
It is also quite possible that your boobs are growing. That can be sore. Make sure you have a bra that fits properly - it can be hell running for the bus/doing PE otherwise!
Talk to your mum, or an aunt if you can. These things can run in the family.
And ask the doctor if there's anything else that could be helpful... perhaps ibufrofen (though you really have to eat before you take it, and it's not good to take all the time, as it can give you a really sore tummy).
Actually, just having a good old moan about it helps too. It's rubbish being a woman sometimes!!!

This may just be your body's weak spot. Every woman experiences a different range of symptoms - some women have worse cramps than others, some get really bloated, etc - your symptoms may just be centered on your breasts.
It's normal if this occurs the week before and during your period. It could also be related the the rapid growth your breasts are undergoing. If it really is all the time, then you might want to ask your doctor.

It's been a long time since I was a 14 year old girl, so I may be wrong, but I think thats just a normal process of growing and maturing into womanhood. If you started your period a year ago then that means the rest of your body is developing too... hips are forming, hair is growing and boobs are swelling up. I'd just chalk it up as growing pains

Hello, I understand this had to be a hard thing to ask, and this will seem weird coming from a guy. But my girlfriend had the same thing for a while, and we thought she was pregnant, but it turns out that while a girl matures the nerves and some other big word I can't remember, make them super sensitive, she got lucky and it went away in about a week and a half, but if your problem doesn't go away, I'd recommend talking to your mother, and maybe seeing a doctor.

1. you could be creating hormones too quickly trying to grow up. bodies sometimes do that.
2. you could have an infection in your breasts or chest area that is effecting them.
3. you could have injurred them crating internal bruising without realizing it and now they are tender and inflamed, like in gym or sports or running without a really good bra on.
4. you could have some unknown problem like a disease.
I definitely would talk with your mom about it and also get a doctor's appointment to get them checked out. Never can be too cautious.

That's life. Cramps and soreness occur before, during, and after periods. It might be stress. Check with a doctor. Maybe its just your body acting differently.
