How many standard U.S. one dollar bills are there in circulation throughout the world?

I don't think anyone cares to know. The Federal Reserve only releases the total value of all bills and coins in circulation, or, as it's called officially, "currency component of M1" (which,at the last count, was just over $756 billion). How this amount is distributed between different coins and bills is anyone's guess (although U.S. Mint probably has an idea).
