i dont know wat to do about the webcam part

If all else fail try AMCAP;

Download and install AMCAP first. Create a shortcut on the desktop. Then plug in you webcam so that Windows will activate it. Open AMCAP to view your webcam.

They sell them at wal-mart. It should have come with drivers manual USB and audio cords etc. Here's a link of what you should have gotten with it Maybe they carry accessories for it there.
