Josh. It is hotter but it's a little common too. You could try Phillip if you want to go for the funny side, because Phillip sounds like someone funny :).

For what? If you are asking for baby names, I would go with Phillip because it is uncommon - - nothing worse than being at class in school, teacher calls your name and 5 people answer too! Josh is WAY too "popular".
