First you have to have a feel for your wife...

But... if she is the perfect woman in your eyes and thats why you married her.. then show her that your the perfect guy.

I wouldnt go someplace with alot of people.. this is a night for you and her.

Take her to the country... or to a park. Spend some time with just you and her. Its about making her feel special after all. Go someplace where you wont be embarrassed and your free to be affectionate. Its not always about spending lots of money on hotels and concerts and fancy dinners. I am willing to bet that if you took her to a hilltop somewhere, walking and holding hands, dance with her when there is no music in an open field, sing or hum anything and just hold her close. Talk about the past, and good times that you have shared, let her know that you are fortunate to have found her. Make her feel like she did when you two first met, first kissed. Talking about past experiences that were fun, or funny, does that. Look at her when you are talking to her, so that even though no one else is around.. she knows that your speaking TO her, and not just talking to talk. I hope that makes sense.

Anyone can take their wife out to dinner and a movie... but think of it like in the movies... the simple things are what will melt her heart... kiss her in the rain.. take a trip to the playground , hold hands in the swings... be different. You will capture her heart... all over again.

I think that you should figure out what would be special to your wife. I don't know her, therefore I couldn't tell you. However, look at her interests....Does she love music? Try a concert followed by a late night trip to a diner to share a milkshake. Does she love dancing? Take her somewhere where you can sweep her off her feet (or even go out onto the beach and dance, complete with a romantic midnight picnic). Or, you could go somewhere that is special to the two of you. If the place you went to your first date is local, take her there. Or where you proposed. I think it is important to take into account what would make HER feel special, and you would know that better than any of us. Good luck! :)

Find a nice hotel with a spa in the room, take her out to a great dinner and then to the hotel for candle light, good wine and you can take it from there.

What ever you do, wherever you go
don't forget to hold her hand, look her in her eyes, lean towards her, kiss her in public if she doesn't mund a little public affection, tell her you love her, hug her, play tootsies, do something you used to do when you were dating her, tell her how good she looks, ask her to forgive you for not telling her that more often, ask her what would she like to do next
