If you're referring specifically to hymenorraphy (the re-creation of your hymen), it can cost anywhere from $100 to $2000, from what I could gather.
But the simple fact of the matter is that if you've had sex, you're not a virgin. The use of your hymen as a means of determining virginity is outdated at best. Many girls and women lose their hymens during "normal" activities like tampon usage, accidents, medical checkups, exercise, masturbation...it doesn't mean anything not to have one, for the most part, unless you're of a very antiquated mindset.

Sorry to say that if you didn't know that this is not possible, you probably were too young to loose your virginity in the first place. It's something you hold on to with very good reason. Sorry girl it's too late now. Your virgin days are over.

You can't get your virginity back. And even if you went and got surgery, tampons can still break it again, most times that's when your hymen breaks anyway.
You can, however, vow to stay celibate until your married. You'll never be able to become a true virgin again but you can still "save" yourself for your husband

you can sure have sex all you want after you lose your virginity! there are no rules, but there are lines you cant cross (or shouldnt) and everyone is different, sometimes it will hurt on your first time, sometimes it wont. it depends on your involvement in vigorous sports, or other sexual 'activties' that could break the hymen?(not spelt write sorry)

Virginity is frame of mind. There is a surgery that repairs the hymen, but its expensive. Another thing you can do to 'reclaim' your virginity is to abstain until you get married or are in a serious long term monogamous relationship. That's called a second virginity.

Once you have sex you are no longer a virgin. Period, end of story. There is NO WAY you can get it back.
Now, if you are talking about repairing the hymen, yes that can be done. But the hymen is really overrated and can be torn with physical activity besides sex.

you can get it surgically put back together, but why not do what most girls do? have some sort of ritual with a friend who wants her virginity back as well, and then declare yourselves born again virgins. the surgery i'd say would be a couple thousand

Sorry, once it's gone, it's gone forever. You can have what's called a hymenectomy where they recreate your hymen, but technically, you would not be a virgin again. You've had sex and that's it. There's no going back.

No there isn't any way to get it back. once it is gone its gone. This is why I think to many people male and female give it away too easily.
