Probably break up with them. Because I wouldn't want the relationship to get that far if they had an STD.

It would be a hard call...I can't say I'd automatically dump the guy. Good people get STDs, too, and if I REALLY liked the person I might try to work around it, somehow. I don't really like too many people.

If we'd been dating a while and he just up and admitted to having an STD - I would be wondering if he got it while cheating or WTF why didn't he say something sooner - THEN I would be more likely to wanna break up
but if you are on date # 1 wait and see if you like him or not - some things can be dealt with, others ... well.. run.

I wouldnt break up with him.. I would tell him that I cared about him, but that we could do anything sexually till he went to the doctor and had it checked out some more, and cleared up with meds.. And if it wasnt able to be cleared up.. I still wouldnt break up with him.. Just never do anything sexually with him..And if I was to break up with him it would be over something else.. like are personalitys clashed.

Dump him. But hey, at least he's being honest & upfront. I'd rather that than a guy to wait until after he slept with me to tell me he had one.

actually, i think im gonna take this question seriously.....
if he thought you were important enough to tell u before ya'll slept together, than maybe hes worth it
BUT, let me say this.....
if it was an incurable one like AIDS or HERPes then u might want to stop it there....if it was something like chlamydia or whatever, then you might want to take his generosity and return it.....go with him to an appt, make sure he does what needs to be done and give him your support......
you need to take into consideration that he cared enough to tell you

depends how much i liek them ⥠if i didnt reallay love them, i wud gracefully make my exit. if i loved them, i wud research that std thoroughly, an talk to a doctor about it, an see whut the options are

it depends how early in the relationship, if we've been together for awhile and my love for them blossomed, I don't know what I would do.
If they told me after 3 weeks of dating them, then I would leave the relationship.
