No, because we spend 10 billion dollars on the Iraq war.

That's more than you will ever count, and we surely need that money spent HERE.

We authorized the war to prevent Weapons of Mass Destruction. I don't know if you have heard but after the initial 55,000 bombs were dropped by us it was discovered we had been lied to.

Have you seen Fahrenheit 911 it has been discovered that iraq had nothing to do with it may have been an inside job.

Now what reason is there for being in Iraq.

Oh just in case you believe the terrorist are in Iraq. The terrorist have money and had plenty of time to move out of Iraq as soon as the towers were hit knowing they would be accused leaving only the poor remaining to be killed by us.

Do these facts make me a Dem?

In my world instead of approving another 80 billion to Iraq I would like to see the corrupt politicians out and the insurance companies held accountable for the uninsured as top priorities.

This is an easy question. Every extra day that the army is in Iraq, more American soldiers will die. The army could leave Iraq in 10 days or ten years; it doesn't really matter for Iraq. The ultimate outcome following its departure has already been determined. We're not doing anything there except killing our own people. Same situation as Vietnam. No real reason for us to be there. Nothing for us to do there except kill and die...

No --- because there's nothing that could be in the report vastly differently than what we're seeing every day.

The report isn't going to change anything -- especially when Bush gets done redefining the terms to make it look like 76 deaths per month is a good thing compared to 90 per month.

And Patraeus himself has said that we'll need to be in there at least another 10 years -- so waiting until September is not going to change anything.

No one is worried on what the any report has to say not even Bush. Bush has to save face and the only way he can do it is to keep on ling to us and keep the war going. The war is over and we lost simple as can be. The only way to win is to kill everyone over there or leave the country in such a mess it could only get better. But till Cheney and his right hand man Bush are out of office or can't find a way to Chanel money into their bank accounts the war will not end.

No fear here. See, I have a cool new device, it's called a TELEVISION. I have also a neato thing, the kids really dig it, it's called a COMPUTER. And, since I'm kinda old, I also get, every day, a NEWSPAPER. And since I'm not blind, deaf, or stupid, I've kinda noticed that having our troops in Iraq is only getting us more dead soldiers. We're not reducing terrorism, we're not increasing stability in the Middle East, we're not even getting cheap oil. We're getting nothing but hatred and the expense. And you might want to check up on your facts there - it's not just Democrats that want out, the majority of Republicans also want this idiocy to end.

If you are proposing that we wait until the September report to pull out, IT'S A DEAL!

the only reason democrats want to pull out of iraq, is because they were not the ones that led us in there. if they had been, then the war in iraq would have been a "humanitarian mission", and would have been supported by the media, and the liberals.

The same reason Cliton (I know it's misspelled) pulled out of Monica. They like to do things prematurely.
