it will likely null and void the protection, but unless it is reported, I doubt that department will even be awareof what she is doing. It may also depend on exactly what the order stated, 'cause, she may not even be violating it. At the minimum, she sounds like she is asking for trouble and she will likely find it if he gets out. There maybe a time frame on the order as they usually do and it may be expired .

If the judge that made the order finds out,she runs the risk of not being taken seriously the next time she needs an order. If she is communicating with her abuser and thinking of taking him back,believe me,there will be a next time. Abusers never change.

Mostly... nothing.

He could get in trouble, but since she'd have to be the one complaining, that's unlikely.

He could also have an easier time having the order recalled, since it's clearly not necessary.
