The question was if 'all new babies were a blessing?'--OF COURSE all babies are a blessing!!

It's true that some grow up to do the bad. This means they are men/women not babies anymore. But going back to the question all babies are a blessing.

On the second part of the question, yes even those born to undocumented immigrants, because most of them are the ones who are doing amazing changes to the state where they are born.

Yes, all babies are a blessing. But I don't, however, agree with the practice of pregnant "undocumented immigrants" (wow, longhair, what spin!) coming over the border just to have their kid on US soil thereby making the kid an automatic US citizen.

LOL, it depends if you wanted the kid in the first place. And, as for the second part of your question, that would depend on the undocumented immigrants and if they wanted the kid in the first place. Comprende?

National Socialist, my answer isn't evil, it's a realistic answer. You apparently don't have children, because not all parents believe their kids are blessings 100% of the time. GET REAL. I don't believe in the romanticization of having kids or thinking they are a blessing. It's romantic sentimental crap. The reality is that they are hard work. Ask any teenager if they find their kid a blessing. Ask any single mother or even 2 parents who are struggling to make ends meet. There are more reasons to find children as not being blessings as there are the other way around. And, this answer has nothing to do with the question of loving your children. Nor does it have to do with the issue of abortion. It has to do with newborn babies. It has to do with the fact that they are hard work.

No, is a baby of an Al Queda member that will be grown up to strap a bomb to its chest like the rest of the freaks a blessing?

The babies that would become Osama bin Laden, Joseph Stalin, and Adolph Hitler certainly were no blessing.

Many are blessings, many prove not to be. Its a mixed bag.

No -- but only in the sense that what is a blessing for one person may be a curse for another -- it all depends on the circumstances.

But I'd never blame a child for the actions committed by the child's parents.

what if it was the anti-christ?

that probably wouldn't be a blessing? just saying...
