if it is illegal then what will the consequences of cops finding me with it. will i get arrested or fined or court summons or nothing?

ya the reason is for self defence in case anyone trys to jump me i got jumped the other day by 3 people and i was kind of defenceless.

200,000 volts? I don't think so.
1 inch arc is about 35,000 volts
police stun guns are about 50,000 volts.
200,000 would throw an arc almost 6 inches.
legal - probably not even for 50,000 volts.

these r the consequences:
1- they will take the gun
2-you will get imprisoned for 3-5 years
3- you have yo pay a fin of about 2500 $

Sort of a lot of ifs. You can't cut your mama up in Massachusetts and you probably can't use one legally. I doubt if you would get arrested for just having one in your possession. If you use it, you may wind up facing assult charges.
