how can i join an acting troupe? do i need to have any experience?

Well, as so many people in here, you didn't mention what area?

The Groundlings Improv Comedy Troupe is arguably the best in the Nation. It certainly has had it's share of superstars come out of that troupe. You just contact the troupe you are interested in joining and ask them about audition information.
