Are you sure you're talking about Borland C++? This was discontinued quite some time ago and is relatively obsolete for todays applications.

Borland has a product called C++ Builder.

Or Perhaps you mean the commandline version of C++ Builder (without VCL?)

Regardless, the procedure for adding sounds and images depends on the version you are using. I need more information.
