I need to know it the monster in the book learned how to write. If so, what evidence shows it?

First of all ... please he is Not a MONSTER. The Monster in this case is Victor. Mary Shelley refers to him always as "The Creature". Yes he mentions in chapter 13 learning to write.

is this a school question? because in dean koontz frankenstein series... the "monster" is still alive in modern day and is a completely functional person and can absoluetly write.

He learns French, discusses literature and is quite erudite and cultured. I don't believe they ever show him writing, but it is reasonable to infer that he did.
