I play the piano and make music. Listening to music works, but not as quickly and not as well.

From the view of someone that really does have white hair
Five children and seven grandchildren,, smiles help.
Remember only you can change you and no one else can you change .
Knowing that
Find peace within your own heart, spirit and mind and know that you are the best and you can just about do anything you put your mind to
It gets complex from there if you are say run over by a truck
but even then you can learn a deeper and more relaxing procedure of Deep breathing positive affirmation and imaging you can find help with. Practiced for 20 mins ea day till you can do it in your sleep except you will be asleep when you truly complete this procedure.

I normally leave the area where the stress is coming from. I either drive myself to a walking track or to an area where other people are, like a park. I walk at the track thinking and sometimes talking out loud about the problem. I may walk 4 to 6 miles
before I feel like I have calm back in my life.
If not by then I then go to the park and sit, just watching what is going on there and yes in deep thought about the stress I just walked away from for awhile.

Talk to myself
Take a piece of paper and write down what I'm mad about, then rip it up into a million pieces
Talk to a really close friend and poor out ur anger on them (just tell them what makes you so mad and all)
Take a few deep breaths and then nap for a while.

I usually just take some deep breaths and listen to music. Sometimes I just try to think about something else, to take my mind off of the thing that made me mad.

If you can remove yourself from the people that are bothering you do so. Life is too short to let yourself be stressed. Deep breaths are suppose to be good, but what I do is either pray silently or think of something positive. Remember that no one can belittle you unless you give them permission to do so. Ask yourself if they are worth your well being.

deep breaths, or just excuse yourself so you can have a few minutes to yourself to gather your thoughts and chill out. Also soothing music, maybe tune your ipod or cd player to your favorite song. Get one of those stress balls so you can squeeze them when you get tense or over stressed. Yoga helps me, it streches out the tenseness in your body and allows you to forget stress at work or at home. Swimming also relieves stress and working out helps to push out that anxiety and plus you can pretend you are punching that person who is oh so pissing you off when you are hitting the punching bag lol =D

Listen to music, or scream at my wall or something. Just relax, and take a deep breath.
Sometimes a good comedy will help to :)
