Can I run a drain hose from newer style ACs that evaporate the condensed water? AC installed vented inside.?

Question

I want to install a window air conditioner venting into an unused, but well ventilated interior space. There is a drain in the space for a drain hose, but since the newer types of AC units evaporate most water to the outside, I am afraid of filling the space with too much humidity.
Are there still ACs available that do not evaporate the condensed water, or can I short circuit the evaporation and just drain the condensate?

Sorry to say so but Real Bad Idea!
That A.C. pumps heat.
If you are afraid of the humidity build-up
you should be more afraid of the heat build-up.
if there's insufficient ventilation to vent the humidity, there's not enough to vent the heat.
The evaporating function of the modern A.C. is
also an energy recovery adaptation.
The evaporation of the water cools the condensing coil.
Between the heat build-up in the enclosed space, and tha loss of the extra cooling capacity, that unit might be overloaded at best, might easily fail.
