Who is the de facto head of state and head of goverment in the PRC?

Question

China has presidents, prime ministers, premiers, general secretaries, chairmen, etc. Which is the head of state and government? I dont get to take governemnt class until 2008...i dunno about the library, and wikipedia is what confused me in the first place.

The de facto head of state of PRC is its President which is the symbolic head of state while the Prime Minister is just elected by the party to administer the government in its day to day activities.
