The Bear will kick his *** in about 29.8 seconds.
The bear only has a slight height advantage but is nearly twice as heavy. Over 1/3 of the bear's weight will be over Khali when the bear stands up and raises it's paws over Khali. The average Grizzly Bear claw is about 4 inches long. He has 20 of these..although he will only use 10 unless Khali manages to get in close enough to the bear so Mr. Grizzly cannot take swings at him. Here is where Khali will buy some time.
Once in close, Khali will have to punch the lower jaw of the bear. If he is lucky enough to have grabbed a rock prior to this he may have a shot at wounding the bear. Otherwise it will just get pissed off even more.
Chances are at this point the bear will flop on Khali. That will hurt. If Khali gets knocked unconscious then his chances for survival are actually pretty good. Once he is out cold the bear will most likely leave as he will no longer view Khali as a threat. However, if still in a fighting mood Khali will soon be a goner.
The bear will most likley now pounce several times on the once-Great Khali, thus enabling it to use all 20 claws and it's massive weight. Not to mention the bear also has teeth. (You might try to restrict the bear to "Claws Only", but c'mon...it's a bear!)
Khali will have at least 50% of the following injuries by this point:
5-8 Broken Ribs
1 Broken Scapula (if not both)
Broken Sternum
Multiple Concussions
1 Broken Collerbone
Punctured Lung
Spine Damage. Most likely Thorasic but Lumbar and Cervical damage is likely as well.
Massive Trauma to Internal Organs not limited to, but most likely:
Ruptured Slpeen
Kidney Damage
Intestinal Damage
Internal Bleeding
Additionally:
Lacerations, Contusions, Abrasions, and Insicions. If bitten by the bear, Puncture Wounds as well.
It's a good chance, by this time, if not dead, The Bear will leave Khali alone. He might eat him, but that's a 50/50 chance. Bear may just feel like hitting a cold stream for some salmon. However, Khali is in the middle of the Canadian forest. Most likely unable to move and bleeding from external wounds and internal injuries. Chances are he will expire in an hour or so unless there is lung damage. Then he will go a bit quicker.

are you kidding? how many big tall human males thought they could take on a bear and lost? humans are physically inferior to most big mammals save our intellect. unless the great khali has a gun, he's gonna get mauled. the bear is gonna tackle him, get on top of him, and maul him. if the bear gets hit, thats only gonna piss him off. a swing with a big log from khali is the same as getting hit by a big bear paw from another grizzly. the grizzly has natural fighting instinct to fight other 8ft, 850lbs bears. the bear is not hindered by his size. he is naturally that large and has speed too. the great khali is an oversized human male that is handicaped by his size. and he's a fake wrestler. I'm a wrestling fan, but please, he's only there to act as a big, scary character. he has no real fighting experience.
and he's not gonna come up with something ingenious like a trap or a clever plan. because he's just a brute that happens to be big.
bear wins.

Well the bear would obviously win unless the Great Khali has experience wrestling wild animals (which is quite possible, but I don't know for certain) and even then it would be more difficult for him than the bear.

HAHAHAHA, the WWE should show this on PPV, but then again, the bear would make carnitas out of Khali in about 1 minute and although I would love to watch this, it probably won't happen because the WWE is being investigated as of now. Good imagination, though

The bear, easily. In Walker: Texas Ranger, not even Chuck Norris dared to take on a brown bear without a firearm. If Chuck Norris won't fight it, forget about it - no human has a chance.

The bear would win. One slash with his claws could kill anyone, even Khali.
