never had a physical fight. I try not to raise my voice when I am angry but if I ever do so, I always acknowledge and appologize afterwards - never ashamed of the humiliation.
I do believe in absolute non-violence - physical, mental, and overcoming every intention to do so.

I try to talk it out or leave the person alone if they are not open to communication. Then I try not to ruminate over it. I examine my own behavior and make changes if necessary. If I don't find my own behavior responsible in some way I pray about the situation and leave it in God's hands. I get peace this way every time.

We disagree. Until you decide that you would like to cease hostilities no matter how justified you believe that you are, peace is unattainable.

I find this extremely difficult to cope with. If I am upset by someone or something it could take weeks to get over it.

Homicide? Revenge is infinite until justice, law enforcement, steps in. Become a cop, then shoot them. Is that unstately enough for you?
