Mrs_Endless... If the well being and progress of your children are dependent on one figure of history then you don't deserve to have children.. maybe the child services should be looking at your parenting skills.

I am a white man and I never said Malcolm X was not a man of stature -- in fact, I think he was.

Places on this earth where peace is most prevalent: North America, Western Europe, China. The two former via liberty, the latter via oppression. Places on this earth where murder, kidnapping, havoc, destruction are most prevalent: Africa, The Middle East Place on this earth where slavery still exists: Africa "The life and death of Malcolm X provides a discordant but typical theme for the times in which we live. He was a case history, as well as an extraordinary and twisted man, turning many true gifts to evil purpose." New York Times Opinion, February 22, 1965

Because I disagree with you, means I am arrogant?
Sir, perhaps a unbiased review of History wil show you the Greatness of an MLK. And at the same time the tactics of Malcolm X causing more Black on Black violence (Along with Eddridge Clever), started what today is know as the Bloods and Crypts.
Call me any name you choose, but know it did my homework on this, I suggest you try it to.
And if you still see Malcolm X as a man of stature....This is America baby, you have that right.
As do I to disagree with you.

The point wasn't whether he was a man of stature... Hitler could be called a man of stature. Stature, merely implies he was famous and was respected by his followers. Sure Malcom X was a man of stature, he just wasn't a very moral one and certainly not peace loving like the question implied. Stop crying "racist" it should be beneath you. JFK was brought into it as well, unless I'm wrong, wasn't he white?

Haven't you grown up enough yet to NOT give a squat about the "...alleged arrogance of the anglo saxon race..." You give them power ever time YOU buy into their argument. OPinions are like assholes...everybody's got one. the "anglo saxon" race has theirs...you obviously haven't formed one yet outside of theirs...Malcolm would be proud, I'm sure.
Wake up!

No, he's a virulent racist. What are you some white dude who feels guilty for being white? Oh and before you ask I'm not white and still think his legacy of hate left by this man and influencing jackson, sharpton and other black leaders does more harm than good.

he was racist, and was killed by one of his own color. He is no man of stature. He is not what I want my children looking up to. I want my kids to be successful, and to get there on there on strengths, no by free governments handouts. I want my kids to be proud of their accomplishments, and not have say they deserve this because of the color of their skin. There is much more pride in working for what you want.
