You are making a reference to the Book of Revelation. Correct?
The lamb is the Son of God..Jesus Christ.
As for the rest of it, I think you have some of the scriptures messed up, but you are referring to the anti-Christ that will rise to power during the Tribulation period. This will be before, or after the Rapture...no one knows. Looks like a lamb speaks as a dragon refers to the fact that he will proclaim himself as the messiah...come to save the world as promised in the Bible. The beast is still open to interpretation. But basically, it's the devil. Whatever form it comes in. The wound you talk of is referenced to one of the heads of the beast being wounded...whatever the heads may actually symbolize. Could be the beast symbolizes the old Roman Empire...made anew, the power of Rome is the Vatican...
Anyway, the idol is fashioned for all to worship because of something the anti-Christ or the beast or both does...maybe world peace..and all are to worship this idol. That is in direct contrast with one of the 10 Commandments. If you don't worship the beast and take his mark, you are killed. If the Rapture hasn't taken place at this time, a lot of Christians' faith will be tested during this time.
One world government, religion, and currency...these are some of the signs that the anti-Christ is in power.

Normally, this lamb-horned beast (or lamb-like horned beast, depending upon the bible version) is known as the "False Prophet". It "speaks like a dragon" - Rev 12:9 identifies the dragon as Satan.

The "first beast" of Rev 13:1-10 was given power by the dragon, and this lamb-like beast "exercises the authority of the first beast" (Rev 13:12). He performs great signs - very reminiscent of Moses and Aaron. When Moses told God that he was unable to carry off his duties, God told him that Aaron would be a prophet for him, and that Moses would be "as God to Pharaoh". (Exo 6:30-7:2). This "false prophet" goes on to build an image of the first beast and force people's worship of this idol.

In Rev 16:13, the "trinity of evil" is mentioned together - the dragon, the beast and the false prophet. This is where this "2nd beast" gets its name. We learn here that the false prophet sends forth demons to gather an army of evil.

In Rev 19:20, the beast and the false prophet are seized by the victorious army of Jesus and hurled into the lake of fire. In Rev 20:10, it says that "they will be tormented day and night forever and ever". Here the 2nd beast is clearly identified as the "false prophet".

I don't think that this requires much interpretation.

First off, the beast is supposed to be Satan same as the dragon. Second the lamb is supposed to be man and when it says "Wound had been healed, and it had an idol made." It is saying that Satan will suffer a lethal wound and it will be healed instead of usually killing a person. The idol is basically just a statue or anything that symbolizes Satan.
