Its free, you can download it however you can get pretty much the same thing from Google maps which does not require a download.
Go to Google, click on 'more>>' above the search box then from the next page click on 'Maps'.
Just type in where you want to go and that's it.

Google earth is not live.
The things you see are 2-3 years old because of Homeland Security. If this is ok for you just download the program from the link below and once it is running, just put the address you want into the top search and you will see it.

I dont think google earth is live.. so if you look at you house in google earth, and go out side, it wont show you. you would be looking at a pic of you house when they took the pic. O and NO SPYING, Okay 007??
