Especially the fat people that think they're accepted

I'm not talking about the people that are fat due to mental illness, i'm talking about the ones that play video games all day and eat like a pig.

That would mean most of the United States. But it is sad to see those that are seriously obese and constantly have food around them. "The ones that play video games all day and eat like a pig," ARE some of the ones with a mental illness. I'm not sure what that illness is, but it is an illness of some kind. They need to go to fat clinics.
Oh BTW, it is still the personality that determines if they are excepted. Many are very sweet and make a lot of friends.

Are Fat people a disgrace to mankind? Hmmmmmmm.
I see you have a very broad brush to paint the overweight crowd with. I see you assume that overweight people are like that because overweight people love food. STOP. One more. You think that overweight people are like that because of low self esteem and all those factors create a situation in which the overweight are a disgrace to mankind.
May I suggest that as a hobby for you, do some research on what causes some people to be overweight. I believe the answers will give you a greater appreciation of the daily struggles of the overweight. I will give you this much, some are overweight by choice, but that is not the majority. Choice is not the driving force to being overweight.

Since when are people fat due to mental illness? I don't understand where you came up with such a question..but to answer your question, in my opinion NO. People who are overweight are people. Sure we judge them and can't help but notice but it doesn't take away from the fact that they are human just like us..and no different in any other way. Some people can't control it..and some just choose it as a way of life. Disgrace and obesity have no place in the same sentence.

Some people are overweight due to hormonal or other physiological problems. Most are overweight because they do not exercise and pay no attention to what they eat.
Are these people a disgrace to mankind? You are able to answer that question yourself. You probably now fat people or have some in your family. Do you think they are a disgrace?

No, hypocrites are a disgrace to humankind. There are obese people out there due to a serious medical condition then there are those, like my friends wife, that will lie on the couch all day eating and then she files for disability with the state all the while to get money from the taxpayers and a handicapped placard. That's disgusting.

Most obsessive compulsive video gamers actually don't have time to eat.
The mentally ill are no heavier than the general population, and thyroid or endocrine system diseases actually impact very few.
Obese people often don't exercise, avoid nutritional guidelines and may be too busy taking care of other people to care about being judged.

Fat people are not a disgrace. They are people too and are part of society just like thin and medium-sized people are. Conversely, does that mean extremely thin and malnourished people should not be considered a disgrace to mankind? Thin people don't seem to be better than fat people (other than that thinner people are probably healthier). It's just physical appearance. Fat, medium-sized and thin people should be accepted. What is important is not appearance or weight, but rather, health.

They aren't the problem, I know its human nature to react and think that all fat people are lazy, but you do not know how they got that way and it would be unfair and wrong to think that you are any better than they are or a disabled person or an old person, for that matter. Treat everyone with the same respect for we are all human regardless of what shape or size or how we look. That's just wrong.

No more of a disgrace than insensitive jerks are. These people may have a weakness, but they have legitimate feelings that can be hurt just like any other person
