It stars off:
A cyborg type thing is in a battlefield laying out bombs.He only has one more to put out but he doesnt because he sees all the inecent people that it will hurt.So when he gets back to the HQ,the main boss guy tells the tech. guy to reprogramme the cyborg,but he doesnt.Instead he tells him that he will have to shut him down so the cyborg steals a helicoptor and flys away.he crashes on an island where he helps these people set traps but I cant remember what for.
if you know what this movie is or have any ideas please help.Even anybody how plays in this movie will help,too.

...I'm going to take a pretty good wild guess, due to the familiarity of the storyline you describe, and say that the film you are looking for, is the 1996 sci-fi actioner entitled "Solo", starring Mario Van Peebles...
...very good story, movie-wise...very bad performance by Peebles, as a cyborg...
(...I almost thought that you might also be referring to the slick 1998 sci-actioner, "Soldier", starring Kurt Russell, as it bore a slightly similar plot, but in THAT movie, genetic engineering was involved, not cybernetics)
...anyways, check out "Solo", below!!!

Now this is driving me crazy because I think I've seen at least pieces of this, but of course, I can't figure it out entirely. Is it perhaps Blade Runner?
