48 hours straight. The latest I have ever stayed up to was 9am in the morning and up at 10:00am I was tired that day.

I was awake for two straight days once when I was dispatching on a forest fire. I don't recommend it.
I can tell you this, I just learned that there is a six o'clock in the morning now. Don't know when they started that, but if I am awake to see it, I had to have stayed up all night.

Once I went to bed at 5 am and had to get up for work at 8am for a full 8-hour shift. Not good.
