to anywhere in public, like 1 - 3 inch below the underwear to church or family or school, put your arms flat on your sides then if the shorts are hight than your fingers than not acceptable

Hi!!!
It depends how daring you really are but if you don't want to look trashy then wear it just above the knee. I wouldn't recommend it much shorter than that.
I personally think that it's sexier to insinuate than to just flaunt everything you've got!

Depends where your going and what your hunting for. Church should be no shorter than mid thigh. Shopping at stores or your neighborhood sports bar you can go very short and let it all hang out. Ruff-ruff.

wear it as short as you want...if you find your legs beautiful show them off...it depends on the occasion....u dont want to look skanky but you dont want to look foolish either...and sometimes it depends on the way something looks on you or how you feel wearing it...what your comfortable in
