The problem is a carboned up Throttle Air bypass valve. This is a computer controlled choke. It gets carboned up restricting the air flow at an idle. This part is servicable, shouldn't have to be replaced. It is located on the intake manifold and is about 3 inches in length, 1 inch in diameter, is made of metal and black plastic, and has an electrical plug-in. There are 2 bolts that should be 10mm. Remove from intake and clean with a Throttlebody cleaner, not a carb cleaner, it needs to be O2 sensor safe. Throttlebody cleaner is about 5 bucks for a small can and a new base gasket is usually a couple bucks. This will correct the rough idle and stalling problem. Take care and good luck. Christopher
