had several of us out in 103 degree heat picking up cigarette butts and we are nurses!!!

I think everyone has this problem at work but being honest and hard working doesn't "pay" off. All the slackers and people not doing what they're hired to do are the ones getting recognition and promoted. That is why I'm going to college and getting the hell out of my job environment as soon as I have a degree!

He was a grouchy ******, he denied my ideas that made the job easier & faster, says I'm no good & can't do the job right, I've been a dishwasher for 15 yrs. elsewhere, then his wife fires me within a week-(I hated the system, set-up, etc. & the dishwasher was old from the 60's or 70's along with everything else.....the owners demanded "NO SODA'S OR SOFT DRINKS -EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR THEM, BRING YOUR OWN!!!! (I was only there untill I found a new job).

He calls me every thing from a son of a b. down to a smart a. well you get the point. He tells me I'm worthless and I can't get a better job any where then there. He lets other ones get by with murder and I have to do there work while they do nothing but yet I'm the worthless one. i can go on and on but I wont

He lets some of the staff surf the net while the rest of us are working hard, and when people are standing around doing nothing, he lets them. I wish we were all treated equally.

oh yes! the jerk has been cuting my hours because i was the junior person.... now he want to hire a full time person instead of part time person so i can get my hours!!!!
