If you're looking for someone who will give you a 24-hr refund, you probably won't find one. The loan companies stop doing that for the tax return preparation businesses after the April filing deadline. You can still get your refund in 2 to 3 weeks from places like H&R Block. They will have a few offices open a few days of the week at this time of the year.

Do you mean someone who is open 24 hours a day? You probably aren't going to find one. If you mean someone who will finish your return 24 hours after you give them your info, then it depends on how complex your return is - if it's a personal return you would almost always be able to get it back that fast - if it's a business return, would very likely take longer.
