Do you think, transgender women can use the women restroom?

Of course they should, but with two provisos;
They MUST be presenting as a woman at that time, and they MUST be using the facilities ONLY for the purposes for which they're intended.

Transgender women should use the female restrooms when they're presenting as female, and the male restrooms when they're presenting as male..

Transsexual women should always use female restrooms; in fact, it's one of the requirements of treatment that they do so.

Have you ever heard of any incident where a Transgender person used a female restroom for any criminal reason? I didn't think so. We use the restroom of the gender we identify as because... 1) We, like you, just want to do our business and get out of there and 2) Going into a men's room would be damn dangerous if we encountered a transphobic person who caught on to our condition. It's because of people like you thinking we're "dangerous", "perverts", or "men" that we have to worry about OUR lives being in danger from your close-minded ignorance. I am a woman who was born with the wrong body. I'm fixing that, but I can assure you, I have no interest in doing anything in a public restroom other than doing my business and getting out. Perverted men who want to attack women in a restroom are going to do it regardless of how they dress, or what laws are in place to protect Trans people. That's why THEY are dangerous. Use a little brains, okay?

It depends on the establishment. At some places we're kicked out for using the restroom that matches the way we are presenting ourselves and at other places we are expected to use the restroom that matches our gender presentation. There really aren't many laws that I know of anyone on the subject, so it's really a gray area from a legal standpoint.

Unlike men's restrooms with urinals, women's restrooms do not have open stalls so it's not like anyone can see you do your business (unless restroom is in terrible state of disrepair), so I don't see what difference it makes.

Legally, yes. They are to use the women's restroom. However, I don't want them there. I know, not the PC attitude to have, but I think they should have their own bathroom.

I don't mind anyone of any gender using the restroom as long as they don't approach anyone for sex in there.

If they feel that they are passing as a woman and would be questioned more for using the mens room then they will definately use the ladies room.

Honestly I don't care. I think as long as you don't appear threatening to women and are reasonably passing as one, you'd better use the ladies room else some guy might kick your butt.
