It depends on the sandwich. For some hamburgers I like jalapeno mustard, for ham, I like brown mustard, for egg, I like mayo, for hot dogs I like mustard (any kind) or ketchup. For roast beef, any kind of mustard is o.k, for a Reuben, I like 1000 Island.
Sometimes on a hamburger, I like mayo or blue cheese.
